Problem

Solution
postfix try to transport the mail to the MDA via LMTP via socket, but postfix runs in a chroot and has no chance to access the LMTP socket. Set the lmtp component to run not in chroot:
-lmtp unix - - - - - lmtp +lmtp unix - - - - - lmtp
